Legacy Lamb is currently seeking founding sponsors at the $5k-$10k level to help cover $28,000 in startup costs for our 2021 season. We’re seeking social impact donations because it would be difficult to repay this level of startup costs (and future infrastructure costs required to scale up) with the modest margins that an ethically-produced meat operation can produce. We’re eager to grow to meet the incredible demand for local meat in Whatcom County, and we’re confident that our business model is sustainable long-term.

Founding Sponsors will receive 15% off a whole or half lamb in Fall 2021, and a 7.5% discount every year thereafter.

In Spring 2022, we’ll welcome Founding Sponsors to our north Bellingham farm to meet our adorable new lambs.
HUNGER RELIEF
Legacy Lamb was accepted into Sustainable Connections’ "Food to Bank On" program in Fall 2020. In addition to providing business training and farmer mentorship, we’re thrilled to announce that the FTBO program will allow us to donate three lambs to local hunger relief agencies each year for three years.
